A new breakfast item at a fast food restaurant in the south is being called "food porn" by a nutritionist. Frankly, that may be overexaggeration, but this thing does sound pretty sick (sick as in the ew, I'm going to vom way). The thing's got 60 grams of fat and 920 grams of calories. Talk about coronary in a tortilla form.

A new breakfast item at a fast food restaurant in the south is being called "food porn" by a nutritionist.
